Biography

Sanjeev Pandkar, a multi instrumentalist, has been active in the field of music for more than 20 years.

He has been associated various rock- pop bands & Indian fusion bands as well, for a long time.

Earlier played with bands like Hook (Rock Band as vocalist), Mystic frost(Alternative Band as drummer), Fusion Ensemble(indo-western fusion band as drummer).

Currently he is associated with one of the leading rock band in India, Strange Brew, as a drummer. Also with the Indian fusion band, Wasabi. New Breed and Moon beans where he plays Lead Guitar.

He also has five albums to his credit, which include 3 rocks( 2 with Mystic Frost (Rip cord Moksha,Indivisual), Strange brew (Just brewed) & 1 each with Fusion Ensemble and Wasabi..

Sanjeev has had an opportunity to be associated with Taufiq Qureshi, on a few occasions, as a drummer.

Was honored to play with leading Tap dancer from USA Jason Samuels and Kathak Maestro Pt.Chitresh Das on a few occasions.

He also takes time to mentor students in various aspects of music, which includes not just the western drums but also guitars & bass.

Sanjeev has played at all major festivals in India, which include GIR, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras, IIM Bangalore etc. more yet to come.
